Detailed tracking for each owner with statutory dates and actions overdue. Helps visualise your workload to increase efficiency. New cards are automatically created for each new owner and can be moved manually through the party wall process. Fully customisable to suit your processes. Can be filtered by job, brand/office and user.
Actions Calendar

Customise Surveyors
Select lead (“Named”) and deputy (“Active”) surveyors for each job. Upload electronic signatures for each surveyor to be downloaded in notices and letters, according to the surveyor overseeing the job. Allocate different brand/office to each surveyor. Check the allocated surveyor for each job in the Job Zone. Filter jobs in the Tracking Board by surveyor.
Email and Calendar Reminders
Opt into the notice and S10(4) reminder emails to ensure deadlines for sending these statutory letters are never missed. For extra peace of mind, connect your online calendar to SurvPal using your unique iCal link.
